Dutch Software Dealer Files Antitrust Complaint Against Microsoft

[CNET] — CNet is reporting that a Dutch software dealer filed a complaint with the European Commission against Microsoft, arguing the company charges more in Europe than it does in the United States, a policy that violates Europe’s antitrust laws.
“At this stage, we are asking the court to accept that there has been a violation of the relevant European law,” Samir Abdalla, company owner, said on Friday. “Clearly, the commission does not enter into a discussion at this point.” [...]
